Elemental Creative Journal Workshop

Service Description

This transformational workshop guides you through each of the five elements—earth, air, fire, water, and spirit—using powerful prompts and somatic inquiry to help you uncover patterns, triggers, and truths. You’ll explore how each element lives within you, both in shadow and light, and how to respond instead of react. Through guided journaling and/or expressive art, you’ll walk away with deep clarity and a renewed sense of self-awareness. Materials are included.
